Our City Apartments Vienna are mostly situated in the 2nd district of Vienna, called "Leopoldsstadt". This district is situated very near the center of the city of Vienna ("St. Stevens Place") and even nearer to the Viennese "Prater" with the famous "Riesenrad", the "Giant Wheel". It is not far also to the "Danube" and the "Danube island", the ideal recreation area with possibility for relaxing, swimming, and water sports. Also very near to the apartment you find the commercial exhibition centre, the Congress Center and the University of European Business Management.
You find stores to buy everything you need for daily life, and a supermarket is situated in 1 minute walking distance from the apartment. In the surrounding roads there are many typical Viennese restaurants with good Viennese kitchen, ("Wiener Schnitzel") and beautiful gardens.

Our holiday flats in Vienna are located in the heart of Vienna in the 2nd district „Leopoldsstadt“. Despite the central location and because of the fact, that they all lie in quiet side streets, you will not be bothered by the traffic noise of the city. As the town center is close by, it will only take about 10 minutes to reach the center, so they will definitely be able to function as a starting point for tours, sightseeing and city exploration. Many places of interest as well as recreational areas and restaurants offer the visitor a very versatile programme during the stay in Vienna.

The Wiener Prater with its green zones and entertainment offerings, the Schweizerhaus, the most famous beer garden in Austria, the Donauinsel, which is about 20 kilometers long and the fact, that the apartments are very close to the town center and its places of interest present themselves as a must see, when planning a trip to Vienna.

The subway stations „Taborstraße“ and „Messe-Prater“ also allow for a lot of flexibility for the apartments in Vienna, because there are direct routes of public transportation to almost everywhere. You will never have to walk more than a few minutes. Another huge advantage is the closenss to the fair grounds and the convention center, which can be reached by foot in about 5 minutes.

Even the shopping possibilities will not leave any whishes unfulfilled. Supermarkets as well as various stores and shops from different sectores are in the immediate proximity of the apartments Vienna in the Stuwerstraße and the Blumauergasse.

The Praterstern, one of the intersections of public transportation in Vienna also has a lot of train stations, with which you can not only travel across the city quite fast, but which will also take you to the central railway stations and even to the Airport Wien Schwechat.

 

Traffic route:


Through the nearby underground station U2 station "Messe-Prater" or "Taborstrasse" the apartments are excellently tied up to the Viennese suburban traffic system. The U2 takes you directly to the center of the City (Opera house) within 5 minutes. 
It is only 1 stop up to "Praterstern", the train-station "Vienna North". From there you can easily go everywhere in Vienna.
From the airport it takes only 20 minutes by taxi, but you can also easily go by public transport (S-Bahn S7 going to "Praterstern")
